As the main pillar for UNIMAS's physical development, Development Office play the role as the executor and coordinator in implementing Development Projects and Campus Facilities and Maintenance Management. 

As a part of the organization, our team aim to deliver an effective and efficient role in providing consultation, technical expertise and support to develop a conducive teaching and learning and workplace facilities. 

We acknowledged the needs for a sustainable development project; designing and implementing development activities in accordance with the priority and availability of resources withstanding the needs for adequate quality.  We promote and inculcate best practices known in developing infrastructure and facilities for future and further enrichment

It is our hope that the idea of a sustainable development to be adapted as a common value among occupants thus adopting a shared responsibility to maintain and sustain functional and conducive facilities for everyone.
