Objective
To ensure all development matters including the planning process until completion of project and all facility management matters including operation and maintenance of all UNIMAS facilities are implemented efficiently and effectively in order to contribute to the smooth running of all administrative, teaching, learning and research activities as well as community services.

- Operating and maintening of infrastructure and facilities.
- Managing department procurement.
- Managing assets, inventory, stores, transportation, sanitation, lanscaping and logistics.
